We had Master Kleen over to have a look at a makeup stain on a 100% wool carpet. From the off Ed was incredibly knowledgeable & professional and using specialist products he managed to remove the stain entirely. Very impressed with the service.
With twin toddlers and not so regimented husband (me) our living room carpets were getting less clean than what we wanted them to be. That’s when we approached Ed from MasterKleen and he agreed to have a look at the carpet. He took samples to do spot tests and decided the treatment the carpet needs. He also saw a sorry looking chair which had food stains caused by our toddler feeding attempts and pen/pencil/markers made by our twins treating them as drawing boards and offered to clean it in our 2 room package.
Ed is polite, professional and passionate about his job. The whole experience was so easy and I will recommend Master Kleen wholeheartedly.
